Method: Chemex. Temp: 94degrees An enjoyable coffee but the promised gesha notes (eg jasmine) do not come through. Will continue to experiment with temperature, amounts, timings, etc. I suspect a filter roast may be warranted. Disappointing at $52 per 100g. Beans are good looking and high quality but even when freshly ground the notes are not quite coming through.
